It specialize in motor manufacture, such as Z series D.C. motor, Z4 series D.C. motor, ZZJ800 series (applying in mill-transmission), ZFQZ (often starting and braking) D.C. motor. In 2001, we recruited a number of specialized personnels. With the joint effort of Shanghai Electrical Apparatus Research Institute, Zhejiang University, and Institute of Electrical Engineering of Chinese Academy of Science, we developed YVF2 frequency conversion A.C. motor. We design and manufacture different kinds of A.C. and D.C. motors according to your requirement. (At a maximum power of 2000kw, and a maximum centreheight of 900mm). Our annual production capacity reaches 800,000kw. And our major motors conform the international IEC standard, which are widely used in metallurgy industry, rubber & plastic machinery industry, etc. They¡¯re best sellers in both domestic and oversea market.
The company owns three plants, ie. Zhuantang Xiangshan Base, Fuyang Gaoqiao Plant, and Zhuantang Industrial Plant. These three parts covers an area of 165333.4 m2, with a total area of 96520 m2, among which 79360 m2 is workshop. There are 620 employees, including 78 engineers and technicians, among who 32 owns senior or junior professional titles. At present, the company has 207 devices and apparatus, and owns a complete set for testing, including a special environment lab, and has the ability of testing the whole function and technology parameters of the motor. A technique center was built in order to introduce and develop new products. In 2000, networking has being widely spread in our company, and computer has being generally used in designing, manufacturing, and managing.
With a spirit of Later in starting, but high in starting point, and cooperating with Harbin Institute of Large Electric Machinery in 2000, we developed Z series D.C. motor. With its high-quality insulting material and extraordinary commutation, Z series D.C. motor won first place in domestic market. By the end of 2005, our company produced 618 large motors, whose power exceeds 500kw, and the total power reaches 550,000kw. Thus, the company possesses a good fame and popularity in the machinery world.
